how do you get in and out of the boat? I have limited upper body strength!
答:
There is a staircase with rails on both sides that descends from the deck directly into the water. Very easy to get off and on the boat from the water.
we will be arriving from Manchester into Barbados on Sun 19th February and sailing for a week leaving port early evening. Will there be time to check in to the ship, take the excurdion and then sailaway. Or perhaps we could take the tour before leaving for the airport the following week ?

It depends on when you get in. Email them and they can give you exact times. They have a 1/2 day tour around 5 hours and a 3 hour tour. Either one is awesome.

If you are getting there other ways, I suppose you work with the tour company directly. I do not know, we never have done it that way. They will not let you off of the catamaran without a life jacket and they do provide flippers and snorkels. Not being able to swim will not lessen the enjoyment but getting your daughter swim lessens will increase her confidence in the water and lower any anxiety she has when she gets in... NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE LAST SENTENCE :-))
