Please do not send something I would be paying for , as my teacher would prefer us not to buy anything. Address: 1434 80 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6K 2C6 (Dan Knott School)

There is a Buzz Beurling stature at the Warplane Museum. He was, indeed, one of the best pilots that Canada produced during WW2. He had the keen ability to track and then shoot enemy aircraft using a very old technique. He would place his sights in front of the enemy, fire and then let the enemy aircraft fly into his bullets. However, he was not a team player. Beuriling liked to fly alone, disobey orders and confront the enemy on his terms.... Even though he was a skilled pilot with a great record of kills, he was sent from squadron to squadron because of his "lone wolf" attitude. Nevertheless, he is still a great Canadian pilot and hero.

To the best of my knowledge all of the featured aircraft are always available for viewing unless they are away on a special mission. It's not a big museum but a lot of the display models are unique. We've been many times and will continue to go and see the latest additions being restored.
