When I purchased tickets for a game, as soon as payment was made I received a proof of payment email, only up to 2 days before the game when the exact date and time of the match is confirmed then only will you receive your confirmation of tickets and where you will be seated. This happens because I booked a match it was scheduled for a Sunday but due to fixtures the match was then changed to Saturday evening. If you didn't receive an email stating they have received payment for the ticket and that within 48 hours of the game you will receive the confirmation of your seats then you need to try to contact them again, alternatively when you go to the stadium go a day early and use your booking or reference number to find out about your seating arrangements if you don't receive the mail stating where you seats are with your row and numbers etc. Hope that was helpful
