I’ve just booked a couple of nights in Saltburn-by-the-Sea with my dad who’s in a wheelchair - only to find that the lift is out of service Can anyone tell me if there’s another option to get down to the promenade/ is there disabled parking at that level? Thank you

Parking is available at beach level, both shkrt and long term
Most wheelchairs can be accommodated. Due to the Victorian design we sometimes struggle with the extra wide ones but all our staff are on hand to advise and help if necessary.
