There was one small RV at the campground, so yes, there is RV parking, but I do not think there are hook-ups.

I'm not sure about dogs, but I believe so. We did not see any dogs on our visit to the falls, but there is a camping site on the premises so I assume dogs were there on a leash.

How far of a hike to the falls?
答:
Maybe 3.5 miles roundtrip or less. I also recommend floating down the Niobrara River if you go in the summer. Google to check dates the park is open.
