Located on a wide and quiet cove in the prime location on Lake Lure to take in panoramic views of the mountains, Chimney Rock, Hickory Nut Gorge....especially for viewing beautiful sunsets across the lake! The rental includes the use of our 22 foot pontoon boat and 3 kayaks for your entire stay. Very few homes include a pontoon boat with their rental. Note that renting a similar pontoon boat on the lake on an individual basis costs $700+/day and kayaks rent on the lake for $70+/day... so by renting our house, pontoon, and kayak bundle you receive $900+/day or over $6,000+/week of incredible bonus amenities...use the boat everyday of your visit and you stayed at our house for free. Plus, you have access to the boat and pontoon at anytime, can go out when you want and not be tied to a particular day or time. Also, going to lunch or dinner by boat is a lot of fun. Sunset on the boat from the middle of the lake is incredible!...something very unique that is only available to those that stay at our house.
