You can go to Naltar Valley by hiring a jeep from Gilgit city which is around 50Kms away from the city. Only 4WD will got to the valley. You need to have a 4x4 jeep. It's a 2 or so hours long ride. I strongly recommend getting a local jeep driver to drive you. The cost was around 4000 rupees.
