A man has been jailed following the first seizure of crystal meth at a Scots ferry port. Lukasz Skarbonkiewicz, 36, was caught after being stopped by police at Cairnryan in July this year.
It found at least six stayed in their vehicles during the incident between Larne and Cairnryan in December 2018. It warned a ferry's roll-on roll-off deck was a "hazardous" environment.
