ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A fire was extinguished at a high-rise condominium in downtown Atlanta leading to the evacuation of 50 people, according to the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department.

He later barricaded himself in his 33rd-floor condo, flooding the hallways and firing multiple rounds at officers, according to investigators.
