Some New Jersey Transit trains are experiencing delays just ahead of rush hour commutes on Wednesday due to a signal issue near the Newark Draw Bridge.

A person was found on railroad tracks in Nanuet after they had jumped out of the way of a NJ Transit passenger train Wednesday afternoon.

North Jersey Coast Line train No. 3224 left Long Branch at 7:25 a.m. and was due at New York Penn Station at 8:41 a.m.. Service remains suspended between the Long Branch and Aberdeen-Matawan stations as of 8:50 a.m. There were 120 passengers and crew members aboard.
