Ah, the trope of greedy landlords. I have been a landlord in Las Vegas since 1996. I currently have four rentals but have had as many as 10. During that period I have evicted all of seven tenants.
That doesn’t include the court fees, lawyer fees (a landlord must use a lawyer if it is a LLC) and late fees. Often the landlord will terminate the lease, because there is an end in sight.
