North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has described South Korea is a foreign and hostile nation, state media KCNA reported on Friday with photos showing Kim and high-ranking military personnel at a command post poring over a map labelled "Seoul".

In a recent development it has been known that North Korea is planning to blow up all the connecting roads which connects to South Korea amidst rising tensions caused by some alleged drone activity.

North Korea confirmed Thursday that its recently revised constitution defines South Korea as “a hostile state" for the first time, two days after it blew up front-line road and rail links that once connected the country with the South.
