Welcome to the final edition of the series where I rate and review every song of AJR album by album! This is the big finale, OK Orchestra, released in 2021. Just like the previous albums, this one followed a gimmick, being the morphing of instruments in the production. Let's get into it! OK Overture: The best overture they've made. Hands down.

2021年3月26日 · JOE: This songs production is insane. But the kick hitting throughout the song and the choppiness of the drops sound good af. I’ve described the sound as “elementary school spit in your face hyperpop orchestra.” (9.5/10) ORDINARYISH PEOPLE: This song is good. The instrumental is cool, but the verses from ajr do kind of drag. It feels slow.

The four songs that were released earlier were easily the best and I really liked World's Smallest Violin and what they did with the instrumentals. I don't wanna spoil it, but there's a great collab there. OK OVERTURE is the best Overture yet, it has it's own unique flavour in mixing every song. Not disappointed, thank you AJR.

2021年6月29日 · I like how the last thing you hear before the release of Ok Orchestra is the iconic sound transitioning between different instruments and voice (I also can’t remember what they called it) that was featured in Bummerland. Christmas in June Ok so I’m a little late to celebrate, big whoop. For 4 and a half minutes, this song feels way too short.
