If it's consistently high, it's something with your application (e.g. too much logging to file). In my case, it appears to be a bug in Azure Functions, and I filed a bug here.

Unfortunately, Storage doesn't share usage details at a container/blob level, which is what you need. Best workaround would be to get usage details from Azure Monitor and multiply that by the price to understand the specific cost per container/blob.

Please do not remove application setting AzureWebJobsStorage. The Azure Functions runtime uses this storage account connection string for all functions except for HTTP triggered functions.
