2021年8月19日 · Spray bottle for water and a long handled scraper. Spray bottle with Simple Green for cleaning the Blackstone outside of the cooking surface. Large metal mixing bowls for transferring stuff. I don’t have wind guards, and keeping the metal bowls on the side table keeps them warm (or hot).

I definitely spent several hundred on accessories over the course of my first griddle season, and realize that pretty much nothing I bought makes any of the food taste any better. However, most of them do add to the enjoyment of the griddling experience, ease of clean-up, and efficiency during the cook.

2019年12月27日 · Blackstone makes accessory kits that are pretty well made. The kits are about $20 a pop. One kit comes with 2 spatulas a round handle scraper/food use tool and two water bottles. The cleaning kit come with long handle scraper two square pumice stones and handle that attaches to them as well replaceable cleaning sponges with handle.

2020年6月21日 · Scraper to clean the grill. A cheap putty scraper will do just fine. The small Wooden Cutting board Blackstone sells. It has little feet that allows you to set it directly on the flattop. Paper Towel Holder and a lot of paper towel. I found a magnetic one for around $10 that you can move anywhere you like.

Warming racks: If you plan to cook for big groups this can be super useful, I bought the one title “Geesta 2Pcs Blackstone Griddle Warming Rack” and I love it) Could live without: It’s called “Griddle Food Mover” but just looks like a pooper scooper. Great concept and I only got it last week but I feel like I won’t use it much.

Thanks. Some sort of dome, 2 spatulas, and a couple bottles for oil etc. Any kind of stainless steel pan or bowl you may have laying around works great for a dome. I do think the spatulas and scraper are must buys. A squeeze bottle for oil is maybe not essential but it really works well.

2022年9月22日 · Just wanting some ideas. I use a cheap heat gun to check griddle temps. It's nice to have but not necessary. Spatulas, tongs, scraper, oil and water bottles, Burger press, blue shop towels, parchment paper I use a shower caddy to carry seasoning, squirt bottles, etc. Get the blue shop paper towels from a hardware store.
