How To: Run Cardconjurer Locally on Windows : r/magicproxies
Extract the cardconjurer code you downloaded from Github to the htdocs directory where XAMPP is installed to. For me it was in /opt/lampp/htdocs. Make sure this directory is empty before extracting the code. Start the service by running sudo /opt/lampp/lampp start. Browse to localhost in your browser and you should see CardConjurer load up.
