It's still working but making a horrible noise. We're pretty sure it's vibration in the condenser. Ok so SEVERAL issues in replacement:

Turn temp up until you hear the furnace running, put a foot on a floor register near the furnace for 3-4 minutes, warm air should start coming out. If there is no warm air or the furnace fan stops running, check your LP tanks.

On the other hand, there is a direct fit / replacement blower wheel by Lau in Indiana under part: 020487-06. This one is made of steel and fully balanced.

If it's not that, then it is the PCB Main Assembly OR we could replace the entire ceiling unit. The ceiling unit part number is 99-00469-06 or 07. The air conditioner works, it just won't "talk" to the remote anymore.
