Cheonggukjang has stronger smell but they taste similar. I used to make huge amounts of cheonggukjang when I lived in Korea, at the same time of year that I made winter kimchi.

2009年2月1日 · I just bought some cheonggukjang because I have wanted to make jjigae with it for a while now. I have found a few recipes online but wanted to see if anyone here has any suggestions. Particularly how much cheonggukjang to water (stock) to use. In addition, I saw a recipe that added some doenjang as well. Any thoughts?

2023年5月13日 · Hei! I tried to make cheonggukjang with my yoghurt maker , the soybeans were wet enough, the temp just right but still no threads developed. Furthermore, they got sour. I added hay but I guess that it was no bacillus on it. Can someone give me some advice?
