2023年1月14日 · Used this recipe, but opted for bread flour and used the “richer dough” version which used 8tbs butter and 3 cups flour. Also subbed dark brown sugar for the white sugar in the filling. So good and fluffy and sour and sweet!

2024年5月21日 · So hear me out. Sourdough focaccia but instead of herbs, top with cinnamon, brown sugar, melted butter and some icing drizzled on straight out of the oven. 2022年11月20日 · 860 g all purpose flour. 103 g unsalted butter, softened, cut into cubes. 21 g sugar. 15 g fine sea salt. 86 g bubbly, active sourdough starter. 464 g warm water. I mixed the dough at 6pm and it took until about 10am the next morning to double in size. It is probably around 65 degrees at night here.
