They run this $200 off deal periodically; it is also currently running now. The only additional charge was a $29 upcharge for non Costco members. The safe is 60"x28"x21" and weighs 420 lbs.

May 16, 2012 · So my brother stops by a semi-local Tractor Supply and tells me they have a pretty nice Winchester Gun Safe for $599. Anyone have one of these or can comment on the quality/value? The sales guy at the store said they sell a ton of them and usually run out before the sale runs out. It is rated for 1400 deg for 30 minutes.

Is 750 pound safe on second floor too heavy? | Defensive Carry
Apr 21, 2010 · I know in reading some general info about gun safes prior to purchase, that they suggest a 750 lbs minimum to prevent someone from absconding with it. But unless you have interior space requirements, I'd suggest to you that 750 lbs on a second floor, bolted to the wall and the floor, is probably overkill.
