It will make the breaks to engage and over period of time robot may float to the outside the tolerance of the specific position. Due to this controller would see the movement but not the robot. That can be the reason.

Second option is jumper plug , Which is used on internal connection of a teach pendant. Additionally , One teach pendant can be used on multiple robot.

2020年1月29日 · I agree with Arturo, there is no freeware OLP software ,but prices vary hardly by location and by customer. For example if you are a new integrator you can get good prices from robot manufacturers if you will use their robots. As far as I know a licence for Staubli Robotics Suite costs only ~1500 € compared to Roboguide ~4000 € .

January 31, 2020. Hi , I think i have huge issue here. The robot M-20iB/25 with R30iB controller is not powering up. When i switch on the main power from wall outlet. It shows only green light. So there is power coming to the control panel. But the robot is not powering up. I searched through the maintenance manual but could not find the answer.
