2003年9月25日 · There are no symptoms of a lift pump failure. The VP44 will run seemingly fine until it fails, or so I've been told. The ONLY way to know the pressure your lift pump is supplying is to hook up a gauge. To replace the lift pump, remove the fuel lines from it, remove the fasteners holding it to the mount, then remove the electrical connection.
Espar, Webasto, Proheat or others; which is the best?
2002年5月30日 · I just installed an Espar in January. It is one of the best upgrades that I made!!! I use it regularly and think that it should be a factory option!!! It took me approx 2 days to install, but would be far faster and easier with help!!! I did it by myself!! Pulling the fuel tank and reinstalling was a b@#%^!!!!!
Cold surging and now won't stay running and won't start
2017年11月26日 · Crack it finger loose and bump the starter. Don't crank it over, just bump it enough to engage the starter and you should hear a lift pump running. Depending on where yours is it could either be in the fuel tank or mounted on the engine block behind the fuel filter. You should be getting fuel here as the lift pump runs, if not continue to bump ...

Changing to higher fueling levels, I found the Aurora 2000 turbocharger to be quite happy in the 400 horsepower region, producing boost pressures into the mid 30s at 2,700 feet above sea level. This turbocharger is well suited for maximum boost pressures in the upper 20s to low 30s as well as for sustained operation at 350 to 400 horsepower.
