As mentioned every shard outside of atlantic simply doesn't have populations high enough to warrant the event being active in felucca. It is best just left alone as it is. Or at least disable the champion spawn for the duration of the event. Come to Lake Superior. Unless you are running full speed you cant get many drops.

Someone could farm 100% of their drops in felucca and turn them in on the trammel side for fear of thieves or being pked on the way out.
