I was on the phone with tech support for nearly an hour today and did not get a call back after the unit was reset remotely. I' did the reset again myself, following instructions from the Ooma website.
What info is needed for porting a number away from Ooma?
2018年5月9日 · Info provided my OOMA is rejected by OOMA when doing the port. I only need, phone number, acct#, PIN, and zip code. i tried variations on the account number with and without leading 1, and my zip vs. ooma zip. The only other issue is that OOMA keeps saying that they don't require a PIN whereas Ultra does. So I used 0000 with all above variations.

Ooma claims that you can take the Telo base (and obviously a handset of some kind to plug into it) anywhere you can connect to the interwebs for use, so just order it for your home address and take it to work with you.

No outgoing calls busy signal all the time -Ooma Forums
2012年1月23日 · I got the ooma telo two years ago, have had no problems with it. Everything worked fine till Jan 19, when I picked up the phone I got a busy signal, all the time. I can't make calls going out, but yet I can get calls coming in. Coming in calls work great.

2024年11月3日 · Finally, then I called my Ooma number from my cell phone to see if it would generate AC ring current, which I understand is necessary to make and…nothing. Not on any of the jacks in the house. Not even when the tester is plugged directly into the Ooma. Light on the tester just stays solid green, when I think it should be flashing yellow.
