2022年4月1日 · Long story short - Pearson sent another voucher code for a retake. Took it on Windows laptop. Interactive questions seemed to be extremely resource heavy (on 8th gen i5 cpu with 16 Gb of ram), so if you feel that your hardware is struggling, skip it, mark for review and just focus on simple multiple choice questions.

2021年8月12日 · So if you are thinking of booking your exam through Pearson Vue Online, please consider these points: If you run into issues it takes 4-5 days to get an answer to your support case from Pearson's site. It's a lottery. I've previously successfully taken 2 exams without issues but the third was a bad experience altogether.

2021年9月3日 · Pearson Vue customer support said it would take them 3-5 days for the internal team to watch my exam session video and make a decision. 2.PMI customer services lady wrote down the note in my profile and consulted with her team about my case, PMI will contract Pearson Vue for more info. Both told me to hang in there.

2022年3月20日 · If you're dealing with Pearson Vue customer service, yes it really is THAT bad and worse. They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I've rolled the dice so far and done my exams online without issue, but something as simple as a name change in their system took THREE WEEKS and like 25 emails to get done.

2023年4月2日 · I figured out how to get the Pearson Test to work prior to sitting the test. I created a new user profile on my workstation that I called exam. Then I logged out of all my opened sessions on the MacBook and logged into exam. Once in it, I downloaded the Pearson Vue app, and everything went fine from there! I just need to reschedule the test.

I am a Florida BON nursing student, but that was the closest location, so maybe this is specifically for FL. The guy told me that they are posting the exam results the very next morning, at 8am.
