Is there a lore reason as to why Pyramid Head is named like that?
Other parts of the game do refer to him as Pyramid Head however. Along with the music playing over the Duel Pyramid Head boss fight, which is titled 'Red Pyramids.' P.S. They're similar tracks but 'Betrayal' is the track that plays during the cutscene preceeding the boss while 'Red Pyramids' plays during the fight itself.
