2021年4月13日 · According to the Xfinity app, as of 2021-04-13, the Netgear CM500V and CM500-100NAS are supported devices, but the app does not list the plain CM500. I happened to mention to a friend that my old Arris SB6141 is no longer supported, and he sent me a CM500.

Another thing I found was if your computer is attached to your network through switche(s), the economical swithes will slow your speed as well. I plugged my computer directly into my modem to get full spped when I upgraded to 1G.

2020年10月25日 · Uninstalling the Xfinity Streaming app on your I phone then reinstalling it worked. Have you Roku TV on when you put in the activate code and it goes to the Xfinity Beta app immediately. That is the fix for the 500 code! It worked! The Xfinity Beta app has to be authorized to work on a streaming TV!
