This has got to be the first time I've ever seen a seller claim there is no requirements for a seller to be an active seller on Ebay. And it certainly is not the case at all.

If the seller elects not to all the buyer has to do is file a dispute against the seller and then the seller is basically threatened by Ebay into giving a refund or Ebay will just pay the buyer and charge the seller for it.

网页2021年7月30日 · That kind of seller will usually have some negative or neutral comments in their feedback profile. Also, they may have less that 5 stars on some of the DSRs. I tend to stay away from anyone with less than 99% feedback, low sale numbers, and more importantly, foreign sellers.
