Service is laid out like this: service conductors > 400 amp fused disconnect > ct cab > splitter trough > feeder 1-barn, feeder 2-house, feeder 3-bins. Feeder 1 and 2 are rated for 400a. Feeder 3 is 3 sets of 4/0 at the pole but their is multiple 200 amp taps.

Here the Utility's meters are only 300 amps and we have to use a Trans "S" or CT system. Looking at these 300 amp meters I wonder if they really can carry 300 amps continuously.
