You'll have to buy a "Standard" rifle, then modify if for a left handed shooter. I personally don't know how to do this, but I'm sure someone with more knowledge will help you out.

Unfortunately, we have very limited options here (I really wanted the MLC 338). Here in the Philippines, Maple Leaf is considered the widely available top tier upgrade for aegs/vsrs.
