However, beyond the lower levels, he lacks any form of progression outside of forced skill card usage, which can quickly change him from something awful to something gamebreaking.

These are the rules I'm placing: Can only use Arsene in battle for Joker and cannot switch to other Personas during NG. During NG+. same as 1 in the list, but will allow the use of Raoul and Satanael as well. No Fusions during NG, allowed in NG+.

2022年10月30日 · you can resummon anything from the compendium, but Arsene is literally the weakest persona in the game, you'll only want to summon him as a fusion ingredient. Rule No. 1 of Persona Games: Never get attached to your personas. You can summon him (and any Persona you've obtained) from the Compendium for a fee.

2018年12月27日 · Arsene is worth using for one reason: He comes at level 1. This means he has the highest theoretical max stats. You can optimize his stats better than any other persona. However, his moveset caps out on level 7 and you will have to rely on Skill Cards and Gallows. In addition, his Ice weakness is very bad for early game.

Persona’s are your ‘other self’ so it makes sense that they would have the same voice as their user. So in this example, Arsene is voiced by Xander Mobus in English, and Jun Fukuyama in Japanese.

Worth it if you take the time and build him from scratch with better skills, you can't make a good arsene build till halfway through the game tho cuz you need certain skill cards and fusion rituals. Not really any reason to get him back, Arsene is very weak.
