I have logged out uninstalled the app and signed back in and still it isnt there. May 30, 2022 · I used to use the Bing home page as my Edge startup page. For about the last two weeks or so now, EVERY time I open the Bing home page, I am prompted to download the Bing Wallpaper App. Doesn't matter whether I click the "Maybe Later" or just the "X", it ALWAYS comes back. The prompt also appears at the bottom of EVERY search results page.
