2022年1月13日 · If you just downloaded Blender for the first time, the donut tutorial is going to be a big challenge. I might suggest you look for something simpler to gain some familiarity with the interface before tackling the famous donut. You'll learn a ton from the donut tutorial though and should definitely do it soon.

Blender guru is better for absolute beginners IMO. Yes the donut is lengthy and time consuming but thats part of the appeal for someone just jumping into 3d for the first time. Are there better, and or shorter tutorials out there? Sure. But blender gurus donut is like a rite of passage for anyone just trying to learn stuff for the first time

Otherwise, the donut tutorial covers a lot of stuff you can use for pretty much everything. Maybe you're a fan of some show or game or movie or book and want to make something like that.
