Compared to the R5 it's obviously far more video capable, at the cost of IBIS. That will a be a pain for available light photography, but is a tradeoff I would accept in exchange for raw video. It's also far more accessible to a photographer than the C70, which would appeal more to someone who's primarily a videographer.

The biggest drawback with the C70 is no raw output. The FX3 has a full frame sensor, great lowlight capabilities, and outputs 16-bit raw.
