Two anemones that is OK for new Reefers to try and stay small enough are E. quadricolor (BTA bubble tipped anemone) in the picture you posted. This is one of the easiest anemone to keep.

There are really no anemones that are natural hosts for your clowns for the size your tank appears. Some have had luck with a Bubble Tip Anemone, but there are no guarantees it would ever host your clowns.
