Right click on "CSR" and select Update Driver. Select" Browse my computer for driver update". Select on bottom "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my Computer". Select "Generic bluetooth Driver".

Nov 8, 2017 · Hello, I have BT-DG05A Bluetooth USB Dongle and Windows 10 x64. Windows detect this device as "CSR BlueCore Bluetooth", but I can't use it as Bluetooth. What to do? Finally, I resolved it by uninstalling device and driver, then Windows used default Windows Bluetooth driver, so it's started working. Anyway, thank you.

I guess I need good driver for windows 10 as the generic driver it install when plug in the dongle doesn't let the device work.
