I would personally try a set of Gator G6 or G5 mulching blades for $20-$30 each before hopping on the full blown mulching kit and see if that helps. 2020年7月4日 · I installed a accelerator catcher on mine with the chute blocker and it's pretty slick. Takes less than 5 seconds to pull the catcher off to go dump. The bagger Ferris offers I've heard of bagging issues with wet grass and more of pain to remove the rear bag. Partly the reason I went with the side catcher.

2021年7月13日 · All they have on the lot is a couple of Blackjacks. In the neighboring town they have a dealer with Exmark and they have a couple 30" commercial mowers on hand. They look nice. There is also a Ferris dealer in that same town and they could order me in something but I have no idea on availability - the FW15 looks badass.

2021年6月21日 · OK, guys. I just ordered a Ferris FW15 from Kohler Equipment in Richmond, VA. About $3,500 with the optional bagger attachment and ultra high-lift blades. The choice really came down to either the Ferris or the Toro Turfmaster as those are the only two walk-behinds I could find that will cut as high as 5 inches.

2020年6月13日 · I bought the Ferris FW15 to have a walk behind as I enjoy mowing and quite honestly could use the steps . That's my reason, but the main reason people buy them is to fit between narrow gates to supplement their wider mowers they use on the rest of a property. Comparing the FW15 to a 42" zero turn only makes sense from a cost standpoint.
