2022年2月25日 · The 980 Ti is old, but honestly it's still pretty kickass for 1080p gaming. It keeps up with the GTX 1660 Super and GTX 1070 despite being much older than the former. I was using one until just a few months ago, and it was still able to push 144fps in 1080p medium/high with modern titles.

2023年2月13日 · I got offered a GTX 980 Ti for 125 euros which seems to be as good as a 1070, but I am concerned about the power consumption. 1070‘s are sold for around 150 euros here, so a few euros more, but from that specific 980 Ti I know that it was barely used and thus probably has a smaller risk causing problems.

The 980 Ti's DP port isn't able to support that much bandwidth. If you didn't use HDR, lowered the resolution, or maybe if you lowered refresh rate to 60hz it would maybe work, I'm not sure just how much bandwidth the 980 Ti can push through DP 1.4, but I know people who have used a 980 Ti with a 4k 120Hz (non-HDR) monitor through DisplayPort ...

I love reviewing how some "smartasses" said that GTX 980 wasn't that good and 780ti was better Let's see how that 780ti performs almost decade later. And ONLY NOW it's starting to die just cuz of VRAM (solder few gigs more and live for another decade). Definitely the king of GPUs.
