2010年3月24日 · I like the convenience and affordability of general hard hats you can get at Lowes, but they do not have hard shell ear protection. My Vermeer 1250 is so damn loud I double up with earplugs and hard shell ear pro, and my ears still ring after chipping for a couple of hours. Wearing a standard hard hat with only ear plugs is brutal in my opinion.

2019年12月31日 · I've really enjoyed using my Big Shot line launcher after making some modifications. I wasn't strong enough to hold tension and aim very well at the same time, so I made a 2:1 pulley arrangement with a prussik on the end of both legs. In order to get enough tension for long shots, I had to shorten the strap on the cup.
Stihl 044 temporary Start Pull "Lock-up" when Hot
2016年8月11日 · My 044 runs great. Easy to start w/ just a few very easy pulls when cold. When hot, the starter cord "locks-up" when I make the first pull try. (I assume this is in the engine.) The second pull try is easy & the saw starts right up, runs normal. 1. What is happening ? 2. Why ?

2024年6月4日 · Haven't had anything we haven't been able to close, yet. Just use heavy duty strap(s) so you don't pop one - they'd go off like a rocket and take off somebody's noggin! The wedges also make it easier to undo said ratchet strap after the operation by just banging them out if the wood relaxes a bit.
