My home network has a combination of wired and wireless devices and two routers, mobile phones, TV, PVR, Apple AirPort and probably a few things I have forgotten.

But you are free to change the subnet, since you have two numbers that are really "yours", so you can use 192.168.44.0/24 or any other number for the second octet.

It'll stop at the location in the registry it finds the IP so you can record that, and then move onto to find other location.
