2023年10月5日 · Hi, just received the new Surface Laptop Studio 2, and the USB-A port is defective. I inserted my USB mouse into the “new” USB-A port and it is stuck and will not come out. I have also tried wiggling it and pulling very hard without success. I have used this usb-a mouse on many other laptops with no issues until now.
