I used the chat on Mint Mobile's Web site to get them to send me a new eSIM via email. It took 10 minutes or so, but after I got the email, activation on the new phone was easy.

It's supposed to give you a bunch of extras, including a dedicated call-in line and help in every step of the way. However the phone number I got was just the regular customer service line.
