Has anyone tried RTA (Ready To Assemble) kitchen cabinets
2022年1月16日 · Barker cabinets and barker modern (google) make custom high end RTA cabinets and you can order samples of the doors and laminate and paint/stain finishes as well. Ive done several projects with them because you can customize exact dimensions. They are not cheap, but high quality, I wont use anything else now. Lead time is running 8 to 10 weeks.

2022年10月4日 · Conestoga cabinets. I absolutely love ours. My only beef was the instructions for the lazy Susan cabinet. The shelves and lazy Susan's need to go in before the back goes on. Their instructions have that out of order. All soft close hardware, heavy duty rails and ultimately configurable. I got exactly the cabinets I wanted. Slab front natural maple.

The cabinets are decent quality, hardware is excellent and the range of options for drawer and storage options has no equal in RTA. That really matters in a small kitchen. The drawers and doors fronts range in quality from low to high.

There was another RTA company closer to us but they had poor customer service reviews so we chose this one. We priced out the unfinished cabinets from lowes and their first level builder grade. The builder grade was about $100 per linear foot and our cabinets are around $80 per linear foot with much better quality and appearance.

2021年1月23日 · First, CabinetJoint is essentially a reseller for Conestoga Cabinets which is a gigantic producer that makes a lot of the US-produced RTA cabinets. That's not a bad thing though-- it would be almost impossible to put together a custom order through Conestoga yourself, and CabinetJoint makes it pretty easy to get a totally custom setup put together.

I went with Lowes because I have one about 5 minutes away and liked the option of being able to return cabinets there if any turned out to be damaged rather than have to ship them back...

There are usually a 8-10 door options and they will design a layout free of cost (based on standard cabinet sizes). Online cabinets ship in flat boxes ready to assemble.

The website for Quality One looks like it’s from the 90’s. From what I see the premium cabinets are plywood boxes and wood doors.
