2014年11月19日 · How am I supposed to deal with the result of taking Suprep with an ostomy in my side? The regimen said last time to take some, deal with the output. Then sleep and take some more. How can I sleep now that I don't have a "plug" (read sphincter control) to let me sleep. I don't want to blow out the bag while I'm asleep with liquid output.

2022年8月3日 · At 5:45 I had one more bowl of Jell-O and apple juice. At 6pm I took the first dose of Suprep. You dilute 8ounces with 8 ounces of water. Didn't taste bad at all! Like water with a little sugar, salt and a light grape flavor. It was easy to get down. You then have 1 hour to drink two 16 ounces of regular water.

2018年12月27日 · Put some ice in the cup. Pour in Suprep. Fill almost to the line with Propel. Top with Ginger Ale or Sprite. Fill chaser cup with ginger ale/sprite. Unwrap a few different flavor lifesavers. Put out lime or lemon wedges. Take sip of mixture from long straw. Immediately chase with sprite or GA. Bite on lemon/lime wedge. Lick lifesaver.

2024年5月12日 · Did you chill everything first? That helps a little. Not sure if this will be true for you but I tried Gatorade for one round and ginger ale for the other. The ginger ale masked the bitterness better. I tried to drink about 4oz of the suprep mixture through a straw, then walk a bit and get a small bit of lemon juice to get rid of the flavor.
Does adding Crystal Light actually help? If so what flavor?
2023年2月21日 · Don’t add anything. It already has a lemon-lime flavoring to it. If you add more, the solution could become more concentrated with flavoring, which could just make it taste worse. It can also leave you feeling more dehydrated than the prep already does (due to the increased solute concentration).
