Reduce the file size of your PowerPoint presentations
If the file size of your presentation is too large, try the following tips to make it more manageable.
Change the size of your slides - Microsoft Support
Basic steps. To change the slide size: Select the Design tab of the toolbar ribbon. Select Slide Size near the far right end of the toolbar. Select Standard (4:3 aspect ratio) or Widescreen (16:9) or Custom Slide Size.

You can reduce the file size and save disk space by compressing pictures in your document. The compression options reduce both the file size and picture dimensions based on how you intend to use the picture, such as viewing on screen or in an email message.

Change the size of a picture, shape, text box, or WordArt
If you want to stretch, shrink, or just change the size of a picture (or shape), use the sizing handles or for more precise control, the Size options on the Picture Tools Format tab or the Drawing Tools Format tab.
Format text in the Notes pane - Microsoft Support
Select all the text in that box. On the Home tab, in the Font group, choose the font size you want. By default, the font size is 12 points. Change the 12 to a larger size if you want larger text in the printed notes. Switch back to the Notes Master tab, and then click Close Master View.

What you can't customize: You can't reduce the size of your ribbon, or the size of the text or the icons on the ribbon. The only way to do this is to change your display resolution, which would change the size of everything on your page.
