If you bought 1 or 2 Frayed Bowties before downloading Spamton, put them on Kris/Ralsei. These two items give a resistance to NEO's bullets (okay, there's a third item that does it too, but you literally get it by beating Spamton NEO pacifist lol). Like the regular Spamton battle, you can press F1 for a heal once during the battle.
