To be honest, Sukuna on Megumi's body looks like a cliche demon king in anime/manga (black hair, red eyes, & feminine body), he doesn't look like Megumi but Sukuna with dyed black hair & stature looks like a delinquent teenager who often skips school, than a psychopath.
