2024年10月19日 · I was reading some reviews on the Turkish made Tisas 1911 in 45acp Govt. model . All steel no mim parts with good reviews, I've used the 1911 in the service they were reliable made as much noise as our dog tags, went bang every time and they I'm sure weren't custom made. The Tisas 45 got my interest. Anyone out there have any input. Chris

2024年3月22日 · Not a Tisas 1911 owner yet but am seriously debating getting a Night Stalker, likey a 9mm as shown below. What I am thinking about doing would be to swap triggers and put on a tiss's skeletonized trigger. I also understand that the mag release is crap and that probably would be an item to look at.

If you buy a SA 1911, then you have a Tisas that was assembled in the USA and the finishing touches all put into the gun by the American assembler. Nothing wrong with at at all, many companies do that. Richard Mann, the gun writer did a story on them last year.

I have a Bul Armory in my Prodigy and a Red Dirt in my Tisas Cary DS. Both good triggers. I have a Harrison TR sear, EGW hammer, disco, sear spring, Steel FP, IMSI recoil and main springs ...

2023年1月26日 · The BBR which is a 3.1 barrel 10+1 double stack all steel carry 1911 pistol. and a full size 1911 in 10mm with a 16+1 capacity. Tisas does not offer these type of pistols. I also have a Tisas Service Special, it is a fine gun and I would not hesitate to buy another, but the crekote finish is not going to hold up like the finish on the RIA.

2023年2月9日 · Several Tisas 1911 pistols have passed through my hands and I currently own a couple. All have been everything I could ask for at the prices I paid. Same with the RIA handguns I own or have owned. I wanted a new 1911 in 10mm and the best value I found is a Girsan "Hunter" with fully adjustable sights and 6 inch barrel.

2022年8月13日 · I second oldpistol’s suggestion…the 10-8 rear sight and whatever style preferred front sight. Matter of fact, a copy of the rear sight is on the slide Tisas is selling. I have two so equipped pistols…on a Tisas fullsize 9mm Service. Another nice sight, if you can find one, is the original MEUSOC rear sight for GI dovetail.
