2011年10月27日 · I bought a new Trane heat pump last December. I noticed that it is running on "AUX HEAT" (heat strips) and the outdoor unit is NOT kicking on. I have a 10 year warranty, but the Trane dealer can't come out for 2 weeks. I can get the outdoor unit to power up in AC, but not in heat. It goes right to the AUX HEAT.

It is only on icm motor. If you get the new furnace you will love blower system. Also if you put in the 2 speed h pget the 10year warrenty.

2009年4月27日 · Ther is either a screw or nut that holds the coil in place. Over time it can get loose and cause a buzz. Kill Power to the unit, open the access panel and tighten the screw or nut.
