I have turbinate hypertrophy as well sometimes causes an issue to breathe but now i think it happens more when i think about it more as u said it too in your post. Please do provide an update of the current situation friend.

Second said coblast turbinates would help. 3rd said she didn’t think turbinate anything would help and the more typical Eustachian tube dysfunction cause is TMJ and I do have that. I had a hearing test etc as well nothing there… same as you no big structural issue.

I have sleep apnea and I also had a deviated septum and turbinate hypertrophy. I had my enlarged turbinates reduced and my deviated septum fixed a month and a half ago. I don’t have empty nose syndrome. In fact, I never feel as congested as I did before the surgery. Im glad I did the surgery. The first two days after surgery were rough.
